Side and rear vented pans have become work horses for tablet coating operation and have replaced conventional pans for tablet coating in many production plants. These pans are much more efficient than conventional coating pans, due to improved airflow and superior bed mixing. “Becoaters” are commonly available over the entire range of laboratory model to production scale. Special features such as reversible air forces systems, self-contained cleaning (WIP system – wash in place) air handling systems and automated  product discharge  system are available in the “Becoater”. Explosion proof units with control panels, advanced logic programmable control system and complete spray systems are standard features on most pilot and production scale units. These are designed for the user industry to meet the CGMP requirements. In our unique design, optionally the spray system can be independent units, which can be complemented with convention coating pan also if required and thus provides flexibility for application of both aqueous and non-aqueous (solvent) coating solution or mixture of aqueous and  non aqueous coating solution (hydro alcoholic).
