Designed to provide containment (OEL to 0.1µgm/m3) for the processing of potent products, this isolator is a single chamber unit containing a multi-mill, air jet mill and vibrosifter. The isolator has one gull-wing door, 4 elliptical glove ports, a Wash in Place system. The isolator operates at a negative pressure and in the case of a containment breach the system will alarm and provide ‘in rush’ protection.
The design has been ergonomically tested to ensure that the intended operations can be easily performed and is fully GMP compliant.
