Designed to provide containment (OEL to 0.1µgm/m3) for the processing of potent products, this isolator is a two chamber unit containing a weigh balance, RMG, FBD/P, mill and blender with a Pass Box Chamber, Rapid Transfer Port, 2 Gull-Wing doors and a Wash in Place system. The isolator operates at a negative pressure with 20 air changes per hour and in the case of a containment breach the system will alarm and provide ‘in rush’ protection.
The design has been ergonomically tested to ensure that the intended operations can be easily performed and is fully GMP compliant.
